What kind of person is Hiyori Sarugaki?

Hiyori Sarugaki is a female Shinigami with blonde twintail hair. She has freckles and double teeth, speaks the Kansai dialect of Japan, and is very strong-willed. She also attacks Toshiro Hitsugaya, the captain (by the way, they are both 133cm tall, so from the outside it looks like a child's fight) Her catchphrase is "bald," which she always tells people she doesn't like. About Hiyori Sarugaki Zanpakutou

Shikai : Kubikiri Orochi (馘大蛇)

When Hiyori's Zanpakutou is activated, the blade becomes jagged like a saw. The meaning of the name is "Kubikiri(馘)" = decapitate, "Orochi(大蛇)" = large snake. Trigger Command is ”Chop Cleanly (Buttagire ぶった切れ)”
