What kind of person is Kaname Tousen?

Kaname Tousen is a brown character with afro at the beginning and cornrows at the end. He was born blind and wears silver glasses. Although he is blind, he can read people's signs and emotions, and has excellent five senses. He is a former Captain of the 9th division of The Thirteen Court Guard Squads, and is close to Sajin Komamura and Syuhei Hisagi, and treats Sajin as a friend and Syuhei as a subordinate.

The absolute justice that Tousen upholds stems from the fact that the woman he loved, Kakyou, was unreasonably murdered in the past. His desire to do justice for the deceased woman has become his principle of action. His sense of justice continues to guide him even after he quits the 9th Squad.

About Kaname Tousen Zanpakutou

Shikai：Suzumushi (清虫)

Tousen Kaname's Shikai is called Suzumushi and is written in Kanji as "清虫". The Japanese meaning is "cricket". Japanese crickets are called bell insects because they make a bell-like sound when they rub their wings during the breeding season. Apparently, this sound can only be heard by Japanese and Polynesians due to differences in their brains.(There are various theories) Since Tousen is blind, he can be said to be a Zanpakutou who specializes in hearing. Trigger command is "Cry (鳴け Nake)"

Shikai's ability is that the hilt of his sword transforms into a ring, from which he can emit a sound wave that stuns his opponent. Using this, you can emit a shock wave that sounds like a needle called "Suzumushi Nishiki Benihikou(清虫弐式・紅飛蝗)". By the way, it seems that this sound attracts bellworms. Literally translated, ”清虫弐式”= Suzumushi type 2, ”紅飛蝗”= flight of red crickets.
