What kind of person is Momo Hinamori?

Momo Hinamori is a beautiful girl who serves as the vice-captain of the 5th division of Gotei13 (The Thirteen Court Guard Squads). Hinamori is a childhood friend of Toshiro Hitsugaya and classmates of Izuru Kira and Renji Abarai at Soul Reaper school. She is the only person who calls Toshiro Shiro-chan, and her hobby is drawing. Izuru Kira once won a Haiku contest, and Izuru included an illustration by Hinamori. Hinamori had feelings of respect for Aizen, similar to love, and Izuru had unrequited love for Hinamori.

About Momo Hinamori Zanpakutou

Hinamori's Zanpakutou is Tobiume. The literal meaning of the kanji is "flying plum". This is an old Japanese story about a man named Michinaga Sugawara, who, when traveling far for work, called out to a plum tree in his garden, telling it ”let me know smell when spring came". The story goes that after that, he was on a business trip when spring arrived, and plum blossoms flew to him.

Hinamori's Zanpakutou Tobiume is a Zanpakutou that can throw fireballs shaped like plums, as in the story above. Its power is so great that it can make humans fall backwards.
