What kind of person is Oetsu Nimaiya?

Oetsu Nimaiya is a male Soul Reaper with dreadlocks and sunglasses. His characteristic is that he speaks in a rapper tone. 「10・9・8・7・6・5 Mai Shimai（4）ni 3 mai Nimaiya Oetsu(2) is No1 Soul reaper of Squad 0」is His signature lines rhyme from 10 to 1, and some of them have double meanings. "Mai" is a Japanese unit for counting thin objects such as paper and books. In Shimai, "4 Mai" and "end" have a double meaning. Nimaiya may look silly, but he is the swordsmith who created Soul Society's Zanpakutou. The Zanpakutou created by Nimaiya is called Asauchi(浅打), and is the prototype sword for all Zanpakutou. As the Soul Reaper is given this and trains with the sword, the Asauchi will develop abilities and form that suit the user and become a Zanpakutou. Therefore, Soul Reaper can use Zanpakutou that suits them, so they can choose the most efficient weapon. By the way, Asauchi(浅打) means hit shallowly.

Nimaiya is the creator of Zanpakutou, so he is very knowledgeable about Zanpakutou, and has created all of Soul Society's Soul Reaper swords. Nimaiya calls Ichigo "Chan Ichi", which is a nickname unique to Japan. Chan and Kun are honorific titles that Japanese people use when calling each person by name. For example, if your name is Catherine, you will be called Catherine-chan, and if your name is Bob, you will be called Bob-kun. "Chan" is a title given to women and children, "Kun" is an honorific title given to men, and Ichigo is called Ichi-Chan. There Nimaiya calls Chan and his name reversed as Chan-Ichi. About Oetsu Nimaiya Zanpakutou

Sayahushi (鞘伏)

Nimaiya doesn't seem to have his own Zanpakutou. However, he uses his failed Zanpakutou as a weapon. Its name is "Sayahushi". The literal meaning of the name is "sheath" and "to lie down". This sword was so sharp that a sheath could not be made to fit it. For this reason, we store Sayahushi by soaking it in liquid in a rick-sized bathtub and placing Sayahushi in it. Nimaiya also said, "Swordsmiths will go out of business because swords are so sharp that they don't need sharpening."

When Nimaiya pulled out this sword, the blade was shaky and had been submerged in liquid, so his enemy Quincy looked down on him for being rusty and useless. However, Sayahushi's sharpness is real, and while the sound effects when cutting with the sword in BLEACH are "Zuba!!" and "Zan!!", Sayahushi's sound effect is "Nu!!", which is a sound effect that does not feel like a response.

Nimaiya had enough power to single-handedly overwhelm Yawach's SS. Gerard Valkyrie is killed without even realizing he was cut, and Lille Barro has his sniper gun cut in two. Pernida Parnkgjas was defeated by a Sayahushi thrown at him and impaled on his head, while Askin Nakk Le Vaar was able to avoid Nimaiya's blow but was still mortally wounded and was finally dealt the final blow.
