What kind of person is Temjiro Kirinji?

Tenjiro Kirinji is a male Soul Reaper with a pompadour hairstyle and a Japanese smoking pipe ”Kiseru” in his mouth. The belly band he wears is said to be handmade by Shutara Senjumaru. He became Squad 0 after developing Kido's treatment called Kido's Kaido. He is good at using hot spring water to heal Soul Reapers, and he treated Ichigo, Renji, Rukia, Byakuya, and others who were fatally injured during the Quincy invasion, making them twice as healthy as before.

Tenjiro has the nickname "Raijin no Tenjiro(雷迅の天示郎)", and Raijin(雷迅) means fast as lightning. He is so fast that even SUI-FENG, who has mastered Shunko, cannot notice it. Furthermore, Tenjiro seems to be acquainted with Retsu Unohana and taught Kaido to Unohana. By bathing alternately with Chinoike Jigoku (described later), Soul Reaper's body's blood and spiritual pressure are replaced with fresh ones, which doubles his physical strength.

About Temjiro Kirinji Zanpakutou

Shikai : Kinpika (金毘迦)

Tenjiro's Zanpakutou's name is Kinpika, which literally means "golden shining". Triger command is "Tensho Issen(天照一閃)", Literal translation: A flash that lights up the sky. The exact ability is unknown, but when activated it becomes shaped like a hot water stick used in Japanese hot springs. Hot water sticks are used to scoop up hot spring water and expose it to air to cool it down, and to stir hot water. Hot water sticks are famous for being used at Kusatsu Onsen, one of Japan's three major hot springs in Gunma Prefecture. If you are interested, please go and try it.

Tenjiro Kirinji's Battle Record is 1 win, 1 lose.
