Mitty first appears in Chapter 20 of Volume 3 of the manga and Episode 11 of the anime. She is under the curse of the Abyss, Abyss Floor 6, called Narehate, and has lost her humanity. Although she was originally human, Her limbs are not functioning as she crawls rather than walks on all fours., has hair all over her body, and her teeth are bared, Her sound like moans and are miserable, so if you didn't know her history you'd probably think she was a monster.

Next, look at Mitty's human form. She was a cute girl with red hair and red eyes. When I watched the anime and manga, I thought that she was probably born in the south because she was wearing revealing clothes. When she was human, Mitty was a lively child and cheerful enough to aproarch to Nanachi and become friends with her.

Mittiy and Nanachi were originally orphans and had nothing to eat, so they made a living by begging on the streets. At that time, they participated in a campaign organized by Bondrewd to rescue orphans and ended up working for him. Bondrewd is a White Whistle Delver in the Abyss who studies the Abyss, and to help him, he has rescued many orphans, including Mitty and Nanachi. Mitty and Nanachi met there and became friends.

However, this amazing campaign was actually a test subject for Bondrewd, who used the orphans as guinea pigs and lost their lives. Bondrewd's research was into the curse of the Abyss. Mitty's Activity in the Story

Poison and Soul Liberation Arc

Mitty escaped Bondrewd with Nanachi and lived in the edge areas of the Abyss, Layer 4. she meets Reg and Riko during the Poison and Soul Liberation Arc. At that time, Riko was poisoned by Tamaugachi and was on the verge of death, but Mitty saved Riko from the poison thanks to the immortality ability she had received from the Abyss curse.

In return for helping Riko, Nanachi asked Reg to use his Abyss Relic initiator to eliminate the immortal Mitty. Nanachi realizes that the Initiator is the same Abyss relic that Bondrewd used before, emitting a laser beam that completely destroys the immortal Mitty, and that Mitty's left eye, which was shot by Bondrewd in the past, does not regenerate.

Nanachi was thinking of completely eradicating Mitty, who had lost her humanity.
